RULES & RESTRICTIONS

1. Prizes awarded are not valid with other discounts/coupons or existing reservations.

2. Ticket and microbrew prize packages are only valid for one (1) ticket and (1) microbrew per person in attendance. Microbrews are not valid in the Wynkoop Brewing Co., only inside Impulse Theater. Multiple ticket and/or microbrew prizes cannot be separated or distributed for use across multiple nights/performances.

3. As part of this promotion all (*new) email addresses provided will be added to the Impulse Theater newsletter list. After receiving our first newsletter you may unsubcribe at anytime. If you choose to continue receiving our newsletters (which we hope you do) consider adding us to your safe email list so our emails and offers don't end up in your junk mail folder. Our newsletters contain information about upcoming shows, special events, contests and occasional drink and ticket offers for future performances. *"new" email addresses are considered the email addresses provided by those who are not currently subscribers to the Impulse Theater newsletter.

4. Age Restriction:
Unless specifically designated an "All Ages - No Alcohol" show, all Impulse Theater performances are restricted to patrons aged 21 years and older. Minors may attend these shows ONLY if accompanied by THEIR OWN PARENT OR COURT APPOINTED LEGAL GUARDIAN. This policy is in accordance with the City of Denver Cabaret and Liquor License laws - we are not permitted to make exceptions. Please notify each person in your party that government issued photo identification will be required.

Under 21? There is hope ... age restrictions do not apply to shows specifically designated as "All Ages - No Alcohol." These shows typically occur on the 4th Thursday of every month (except December) Visit here for a schedule of upcoming All Ages shows.

5. Drink Minimum: Upon admittance to the theater every ticket holder is required to purchase at least one drink. The drink does not have to be an alcoholic beverage. Alcoholic beverages will not be served to minors. (Note: If you won Wynkoop Microbrews with this promotion those will satisfy the 1-drink minimum, no additional purchase is required)

BARCODE INFORMATION FOR PRIZE TICKET VOUCHERS

Each prize ticket voucher has a unique barcode. Only the first scan of the barcode on your ticket voucher will allow admission to Impulse Theater. Be sure to protect it and keep it in a safe place just like any other ticket. If more than one copy of an Impulse Theater ticket voucher were to be used, the barcode scanner will alert the box office staff that the ticket has already been scanned and admission may be denied.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Impulse Theater is located in LoDo at 1634 18th Street, Denver, Colorado, 80202. We are located in the lower level of the Wynkoop Brewing Company. As soon as you enter the Wynkoop, go down the stairs immediately to the left and you will be at our box office.

Doors open for seating 30 minutes before show time. Seats are assigned based on when reservations were made, not when you arrive at the theater. However, if your seats are empty 15 minutes prior to show time, Impulse Theater does reserve the right to push your seats back so that everyone in the theater is as close to the stage as possible.

Please be advised, Impulse Theater performances may involve the use of theatrical fog and/or strobe lighting effects.

For information about dinner reservations at the Wynkoop Brewing Company please call the Wynkoop directly at 303-297-2700. If you are planning on eating at the Wynkoop before the show, we suggest making your dinner plans at least one hour before the doors open for the show.
